What is IDE and what is its purpose?

The Institute for the development of entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as IDE) is an independent department of the Faculty of Business Administration at Prague University of Economics which implements consultancy, information, educational and other activities with the aim of supporting and developing entrepreneurship.

What can IDE offer a student like me?

Introduce you to other students who are interested in entrepreneurship and innovation with the option to try and improve your theoretical knowledge in practice, the opportunity to implement your own business idea and find investors, the opportunity to meet with successful people from the business world and to listen to what they have to say, their experiences and observations from practical life.

How can i get involved in IDE activities?

You can join the IDE Society where you can attend professional lectures, seminars and workshops with subjects related to entrepreneurship in general as well as to specific small and medium size businesses.

Where can i encounter IDE activities in practice?

In practice, you can attend work on actual company projects and meet with professionals from various business fields. IDE organizes external consultancy services and coaching from companies from the business incubator.
