Basic information
The Institute for the Development of Entrepreneurship; (hereinafter referred to as IDE) is an internal department of the Faculty of Business Administration at Prague University of Economics. The aim of the department is to support the business activities of young people, assist not just university students with establishing a new company and to provide them with practical information and expertise so as to allow them to develop their businesses in the best possible way.
IDE GOALS
- To make enterprise activities popular among university students;
- To build an independent student club with common interest in entrepreneurship (IDElita);
- To provide educational seminars, workshops, etc for its members;
- To enable them to meet with successful businessmen where they can discuss their experiences;
- To provide expertise and consultancy during the creation of business schemes;
- To support the launch and development of young, innovative companies within the business incubator;
- To provide the incubator companies with business opportunities and contacts;
- To motivate students to create activity via the launch of a competition for the best business scheme;
- To provide financing of projects in the form of cooperation with groups of investors.
